Katja Pattis, an Italian athlete representing Idaho, earned eighth place in the women's 5-kilometer race in 17:15.9 at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships at the University of Montana Golf Course in Missoula. Pattis helped the Vandals finish fourth as a team with 109 points.
