PORTLAND, Ore. - Northern Arizona cruised to the men's and women's Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday morning at Blue Lake Park in Portland, Ore.

Lumberjack men claimed the top three individual spots en route to scoring 19 points. David McNeill won the men's race, covering the 8K course in 22 minutes, 20 seconds. He was followed by teammate Ben Ashkettle (23:26.3) and Diego Estrade (23.33.9).

Northern Arizona has won two straight men's cross country titles, and nine of the last 11.

Weber State finished second with 65 points, followed by Eastern Washington with 105.

Northern Arizona's Veronica Pohl captured the women's individual title, covering the 5K course in 17:03.1. Teammate Astrind Leutert was second at 17:10.3.
